Exquisite and unusually beautiful Antique French Solid 18K Gold Sewing Kit of 4 pieces nicely housing in its original carved case. The pieces are made of solid 18K Yellow Gold (not vermeil gilt) with matching ornate decoration in gorgeous Rococo style. The scissors and stiletto have 18K Gold handles. The needle case and thimble are whole solid 18K Gold. All the pieces git tightly in slots carved inside the case.
Hallmarked the French Eagle's Head mark on each gold parts, which guarantees 18K quality solid gold, used in Paris since 1838. Maker's mark with initial A.O.B and a crown.

Very Good Estate Condition with minor sign of light use and missing needle (or threader). Some tiny dents on the top of thimble. A trace of minor repair on the handle of scissors. The open/close system of the carved case works perfectly, however, we need to push the thimble toward the top in order to close it securely. Otherwise in quite excellent shape. Please refer the detail photos I added.
